I’m Utkarsh Dwivedi, a Mechanical Designer with a strong foundation in CAD modeling, surface design, and manufacturing detailing. With over 5 years of experience across automotive, architectural, and furniture industries, I specialize in translating complex concepts into accurate, production-ready solutions.
My expertise includes SolidWorks, CATIA V5, NX Siemens, AutoCAD, Microvellum, and simulation tools like ANSYS and HyperMesh. I’ve executed a wide range of projects including BIW components (bonnet, bumper, grill, and tail light) for Maruti Gypsy, double wishbone suspension assemblies, ergonomic seat design, disc brake mechanisms, and syringe modeling. On the architectural side, I’ve designed full villa layouts, kitchen plans, cabinetry sections, 3D furniture (chairs, lamps, counters), and commercial setups using Microvellum.
